Eagle Guitar

charlieguitar-0021Charlie Thomas is cradling the Eagle guitar, skillfully crafted by luthier Gary Garcia of Carmichael.  We'll have a chance for you soon to "earn" this guitar..listen for details.  It's a beautiful, solid body electric, single cutaway, 25.5 scale, dual humbuckers, mahogany body with a gorgeous flame maple top.  The neck is mahogany, with an ebony fretboard and abalone position markers. But what makes this ax REALLY special is the Eagle emblem..the letters are abalone, inlaid on a round circle of ebony..while the bird is made of gold, black, and white mother of pearl..sweet! And you should hear how it SOUNDS! See other fine handcrafted guitars at garciaguitars.com. charlieguitar-0061

Charlie....first let me compliment you on your axe slinging. I had no idea, but now I can hardly wait for your next video in the Vault! You playing or interviewing Frankie was a pleasant find today! Now the Eagle Guitar....What must I do to "Earn" this wonderful piece of interactive art? Run down Madison buck naked at 10 pm? I'm ( almost ) serious about that! I would love to get my hands on that guitar! It sounded fantastic in your video about it...An I love the Eagle inlay. Years ago, when I first became part of the Eagle WorkForce, and a Member of the Eagle Club, I noticed a changing set of guitar avatars on the web page. I suggested then that perhaps it would be fun if a local Luthier might craft an axe especially for the Eagle as a premium give-away item. Never did I think it would look this fantastic! Please let me ( well...ok....*Us* ) now how to win this thing! I'll be first in line! ( and second...third fourth...fifth...and so on... ) Sincerly, Don Hartwick
