Netflix Could Be In Trouble with New Facebook Move

Warner Bros have decided that they will partner up with Facebook. What does that mean to you? Instead of just using Facebook as a social network or for gaming, you could also buy or rent movies. In fact, this Tuesday they will try the first test. If you visit the official page of "Batman: The Dark Night," you will be able to watch the movie for 30 Facebook credits, or $3. If this is successful, it could spell doom to somebody like Netflix, who have taken too long to make good movies streamable, on-demand. Meanwhile, Facebook is slowly taking over the world.

It's obviously going to make them lots and lots and lots of dough, but it really comes down to execution. I use Netflix because I can personalize my account in a way that I get good movie and TV Show recommendations that I would normally never know about. It also depends on what Facebook would have available to rent/watch.
