A Unique Way To See Christmas Lights-In a Limo

This is a really cool deal that we are offering in Sac Perks. We have used a limo for other cool things in the past, like checking out a concert with friends. Why not see Christmas lights in a limo. You get a bunch of people together, split the difference and you can enjoy without getting lost. Maybe get your drink on? There are different packages, but one of them starts with a four hour limo ride for eight people, half off at $175. Check it out here

TSO - Kicking Off The Holiday Season in More Ways Than One!

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra comes to the Arco Arena this Saturday for 2 shows. Not only is this an amazing, over the top, $20 million-plus holiday production that really defies description, but these great folks also donate 1 dollar from every ticket to local non-profit organizations! How cool is that? The Sacramento shows benefit the Domestic Violence Intervention Center of Citrus Heights and the Me-One Foundation, which provides cost free weekend getaways for local adult cancer patients and their families.  Wish more artists did this....so go see a great show and feel good knowing you are helping others in your community!  Tickets are available at the Arco Arena Box Office or at Ticketmaster.com. See you there!

Play Freebird!!!

Remember back in the day when we concertgoers held up our Bic lighters and waved them from side to side during certain songs or to request an encore? Then when lighters went away, for a while, those lame glow sticks were used. Well now, the Bic lighter company wants to reclaim its rightful place at rock concerts but in a 21st century way. Bic has released a free Bic Concert Lighter app for iPhones, Google Androids and BlackBerries. Users can actually flick their Bic (complete with the authentic “flick” sound of a Bic lighter) on their phone and hold it above the crowd. Rock on!
