Madonna has vowed to continue her fight to adopt Mercy James. She tells The Nation that she's going to appeal the court ruling that barred her from adopting the three-year old orphan because the pop star hasn't lived in Malawi. In an emailed response to the newspaper, Madonna said, "I want to provide Mercy with a home, a loving family environment and the best education and health care possible." If that doesn't work out, she said she would try to adopt a Somali pirate.......
