I've seen montage after montage of Michael Jackson video clips since his sudden death yesterday. I still believe that his performance during the Motown 25 Tribute Show will remain one of the most electrifying moments in television history. And there were countless others. While I grew up in the Golden Era of R & B in the 1960s.... Michael Jackson singlehandedly took R & B/Pop into the stratosphere in the late 70s and 80s. We'll not see his like again. With all his eccentricities, he seemed to be a tormented soul in the later years of his brief life. Maybe now he'll finally find the peace he was searching for.
