Walt's Best Holiday Cocktails

In case you find yourself gathered around the family fireplace, and need a beverage...or, you're stuck at a party with the guy that won't stop talking about that one time at band camp, these adult beverages may make your holiday cheer a little more cheery.
Christmas Kiss
Amaretto, Cranberry juice and Peach Shnapps. It's more for the ladies, but if it puts them in the mood to share "holiday cheer", then i'm all in.
Poinsettia
Champagne, cranberry juice and Grand Marnier. Mix with crushed ice. Very festive red color. Choose an Christmassy outfit to match the beverage you're enjoying.
Santa's Pole
Grenadine, Lemon-Lime soda, Peppermint schnapps and vodka. Whoa..a lot going on here. Sounds like a hangover starter. You can sub Hawaiian punch for the cherry Grenadine if you want. What ladies wouldn't want their lips on something named "Santa's Pole?"
Egg Nog Captain Morgan
The Captain makes an appearence at Christmas. That damned pirate is everywhere, even at kid's birthday parties in a flask. Anyway, start it with a pinch of nutmeg, get me a shot of the Captain (use the new Captain black spiced rum) and fill the rest with egg nog (use lowfat if you can, the full fat stuff is heinous)
Flaming Jesus
Good Lord. This is sure to take your party to the next level. Fill your glass with grain alcohol (Everclear). Layer 151 Rum on the top. Set this bad boy on fire. Drink on fire. Be careful playing with fire. Men and women with moustaches be careful !
