Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters has a new album on the way, and we’ve got some new details surrounding Waters’ first record since 1992. Yeah, it’s been 15 years. So Is This the Life We Really Want? is a big deal, to say the least.

According to Rolling Stone, the album was produced by Nigel Godrich, who’s known for working with Radiohead. Waters said this new album is all about the world and the uncertainty surrounding our current state of affairs. He also told Rolling Stone that a few of the album’s songs come from a project he’d been working on before this album—a radio play.
Set for release on June 2, the album, which will be released on 180-gram vinyl, as well as digitally and on CD, will be available for pre-order tomorrow (4/21).
Preview some of the album’s music below! (Pro tip: Ignore the date in the teaser. It’s since been changed to June 2.)
You can hear more music when the album is released during the upcoming Us + Them North American tour, which kicks off May 26 in Kansas City, MO and wraps in Vancouver on October 28. On his website, Waters writes of the tour, “It'll be a mixture of stuff from my long career, stuff from my years with Pink Floyd, some new things. Probably 75% of it will be old material and 25% will be new." That sounds like a fair mix of old and new material!
